Receptionist

Who are you?

You find welcoming people, solving problems, staying cool calm and collected and generally conversing with people a breeze! This role requires just that, from the first greeting to the, 'hope to see you again soon' departure, you understand hospitality and above all, how to make people happy.

What's the role?

Team members must be available to work evenings and weekends. Shifts will fall between the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM, scheduled on a rotating basis to ensure fair coverage across the team.

• Answering phones and managing online and phone reservations
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning of arrival rooms and stayovers
• Be knowledgeable of and able to upsell additional facilities and services
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
• Being a great communicator
• Living the ACI mission and values every day, being a role model for others

Experience working in a hotel or is hospitality setting is essential.
