What’s the role?

Support the site and team in creating a great and welcoming environment
Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
Encouraging the team to take pride in their work and provide premium standards of service
Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff , with a strong focus on delivering exceptional dining experience
Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, including ensuring good food safety practices are followed
To stay on top of guest requests and search for opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests, empowering the team to do that too
To effectively manage guest feedbacks , escalating if required
Recognising and celebrating the successes of your team
Communicate effectively with the kitchen, your managers, your team and the guests
