## ACI First 12 Weeks
<p>Developing our teams and helping them be the best version of themselves is so important, from learning to prepare pizzas or fresh lobsters and oysters, to being obsessed with service and creating lasting memories for our guests. </p>
<p> It’s all about progress – by that we mean we want people to be better tomorrow than they were today. Following the first 12 weeks, we appraise each of our team members to understand what skills they need to develop further in their role and we help create an individual learning plan. </p>
<p>Below is how we break your training down depending on what experience you've had before.</p>

When people join us it all starts with our 12 week induction where we want you to understand our culture, feel supported and like you are learning new things…oh and having some fun of course!</p>

<p>Apprenticeships help with the breadth of our learning, we can offer so much more with the help of others and develop individuals that want it with the required support from our managers. We offer apprenticeships that include the following: </p>
